Take a breather: 좀 쉬어

It is used to suggest that someone take a short break from something they are doing, usually in order to re-energize or de-stress.

Example

It's been a long day - why don't you take a breather and get some rest?

It is possible that it is used informally in spoken English, but it is not standard or appropriate for written language.
